• Our prime task is to protect our affiliated centres and students by reducing our Rules in various manner as and when required.
• We have successful personnel and professionals to conduct our Exam. smoothly.
• Our other object is to simplify Exam. system so that candidates should not face any inconvenience/trouble in present fast life.
• For our centre holders we are always helpful to run his/her centre smoothly.
• We have affiliated Exam. and Training Centres all over India.
• Various facilities are provided to Centre Holders equivalent to other Cultural Board of our country.
• Other than holding examination and training in Music, Dance, Recitation, Fine Arts, Yogasan etc., we do also arrange Cultural Festival, Annual Convocation (Zonewise), Talent Search Exam. and publish Book.
• Candidates passed any Class from any recognized Cultural Board, are allowed to appear in next class from Pracheen Kala Samity.
• From 2019-20 session we have arranged to send Mark Sheets & Certificates at a time to all our affiliated centres.

Our Journey

1994 – 2000

Pracheen Kala Samity Registered on 27th March, 1994. Regn. No. S/76285 Under W.B.Societies Regn. Act, XXVI , 1961. Since inception our Head Office situated at Ghatakpara, PO: Kalna, Dist. Purba Bardhaman, (W.B). Then we started our functioning in few districts of W.B.

2000 – 2005

A huge number of Cultural Institutions joined with us and we together started functioning for spread and development of Art and Culture of our country.

2005 - 2010

We revised our syllabus as per need and convenience of our affiliated Centres in the present situation as well as to make it nearly equivalent to other Cultural Board of our country.

2010 – 2015

We started to change the process of holding Annual Convocation zonewise in lieu of centralized convocation. Now it is very easy for our centre holders and students to attend in Zonal Convocation in their area. Added new instrument “Tantar” for Exam. in our syllabus.

2015 - 2020

Other than our earlier publications, we published books for Fine Arts and Poetry Book. For easy communication from any corner of the country, we have already started online system.
