2. Minimum age for appearing in 1st Yr. is 10 years. and 12 years for 2nd Yr. and educational qualification for the both is minimum class V passed.
3. The candidates passed from any recognized Cultural Board of the country, is entitled to appear in the next class from PKS.
4. For appearing in 5th Yr. Exam., minimum age is required 14 Yrs. And educational qualification is required Madhyamik or equivalent. Candidates must have pass the 4th Yr. Exam. from PKS or any other recognized Board of the country.
5. For appearing in 6th Yr. & 7th Yr. exam. minimum age is required 17 Yrs. and 19 Yrs. and educational qualification is required Madhyamik & H.S. respectively .(Samity have the
right to take decision regarding relaxation of age in special case).Candidates must have pass 5th or 6th Yr. respectively from PKS or any other recognized Board of the country.
6. Practical Exam. of 8th Yr. (Sikhar) to be held at PKS’s Head Office only.( expenses for appearing in the said exam. will not borne by the Samity). To gain the eligibility to appear in 8th Yr. Exam., candidate have to pass 7th Yr. from PKS or any recognized Board of the country.
7. For all classes, every candidate have to pass both in theoretical and practical exam.
8. Samity may send any Inspector to inspect theoretical exam. in any affiliated Centre of the Samity, Centre Supdt. should assist him to inspect.
9. Time limit for conducting Practical Exam. ,for all Centres of PKS is latest by 31st June in each year.
10. Marks for passing in different grades :
A) 1st Div. 60%
B) 2nd Div. 45%
C) 3rd Div. 25%
D) Distinction 75%
11. Result should be sent to each Centre within 31st July in each year.
12. Duly filled in Exam. forms must be sent by the Centre Superintendent to PKS with exam. fees from 1st August to 15th Sept. each year.
13. Form will be accepted up to 31st October with Late Fee as laid down by the Samity from time to time.
14. A candidate can not appear simultaneously in more than one subject where theoretical examination is compulsory.
15. Exemption of fees may be granted to those, who are physically handicapped, on production of authentic documents.
16. Admit Card is issued to all candidates before conducting theoretical examination.
17. Production of Admit Card at the time of practical examination is must.
18. Candidates are required to bring basic materials required for his/her examination.
19. Any writing on Admit Card is not allowed.
20. Centre Superintendent must send the Answer Sheets to PKS office within 7 days from examination.
21. PKS will appoint Practial Examiner for different Centres in each year.
22. Appointment of Practical Examiner will be informed to both Practical Examiner and concerned Centre Superintendent, they will contact with each other to conduct the Practical Examination.
23. Centre Superintendent will have the preference to select date & time of Practical Exam.
